Raglan Parc new website, beta version
We hope you like our new site, but please remember that it is a 'beta' version at the moment.
You may notice issues with some browser/OS combinations.
Not all content is yet complete - some pictures and text matter are still to come.
The site should work on Windows PC's usung Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Internet Explorer (Version 10 only - older versions of IE may not work properly)
Apple computer users should be able to use Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari or Google Chrome.
iPads and Android tables should work with few, if any, problems.

The course

Raglan Parc is set in the heart of rural Monmouthshire. Very easily accessible with direct dual carriageway connection from both the Midlands and South Wales, it features 18 holes of rolling parkland combining lakes and mature trees with arguably some of the best holes in the region. The course overlooks historic Raglan Castle with scenic views beyond of the Brecon Beacons National Park.

The large clubhouse is ideally suited for functions of all types with its own year-round marquee and its bar and restaurant areas suitable for events for up to 200 people. With high quality in-house catering, professional staff and excellent facilities, Raglan Parc is the ideal venue for weddings or parties of any kind.

Driving range and tuition

Driving Range The range was opened in 2012 and has quickly established itself as a popular place to learn how to improve your swing under the care of club professional Chris Murphy. Lessons benefit golfers of all ages and abilities. With our driving range, practise area, video coaching and course lessons, Raglan Parc provides a fantastic location to learn or improve your golf.

Tuition Charges start from £17.50 for a half hour lesson or £ 87.50 for a course of six. The video system used for coaching is called V1 Golf and the use of that is inclusive in the price of lessons. We also have lesson vouchers available for anyone wishing to give lessons as a gift.

Thinking of joining Raglan Parc Golf Club

Membership We have flourishing mens, ladies, senior and junior sections and new members are always welcome. 2013/14 membership is £595 and there is a premium credit facility available for those who wish to spread the payment. Also, members receive a £50.00 voucher for introducing a new member.
Men Men's competition are held each Sunday, March to October, with a mix of Stableford and Medals, many being qualifying competitions for further, inter-club events. There are teams for league golf and friendly matches against other clubs throughout the season. We have a thriving 'Cock of the North' winter league with the winning pairs progressing to regional finals.
Ladies Raglan Parc has a thriving and friendly Ladies section with members of varying ages and handicaps who meet every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the year. The section has 2 league teams, enters teams in the Daily Mail national competitions and always takes part in the Ladies Welsh Team Championship. They also play many friendly matches each season, which starts in April, and field a mixed team in the local Wyedean league as well as our own mixed league, which meets each month during the season.
